EuroBioBank Network

Means the network established in 2001 as recalled in next section Preambule / About the EuroBioBank Network.

Members

Means the participants (taken individually or collectively) to the EuroBioBank Network according to the section "Membership to the EuroBioBank network".

Charter

Means the present document which sets out the principles agreed upon by the Members of the EuroBioBank network".
