Nothing contained in this Charter shall constitute or be deemed to constitute either a partnership or any formal business organisation or legal entity between the Members. Each Member shall act as an independent entity and not as the agent of any of the other Member. Nothing contained in this Charter shall be construed as constituting or organising the sharing of profits or losses arising out of the efforts of any other Member hereunder.
